The Public Information Meeting is being held and noticed in accordance with the Certificate of the Secretary of Environmental Affairs Establishing a Special Review Procedure\, dated January 29\, 2007. The purpose of the meeting is to present information about the proposed development and provide the public with an opportunity to discuss and comment on the proposed development\, including future energy projects. \nThe meeting will be held in accordance with the Commonwealth’s latest guidance regarding holding meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
