More Awards for Redbrook

Boston, MA — October 25, 2017 — Plymouth’s Redbrook team was a big winner once again at the annual real estate industry awards for excellence in building and design, netting one gold awards and three silvers.

The awards, presented by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston, recognize “the finest projects and outstanding achievements” of builders, developers, project owners, architects, and other professionals in the home building industry.

Awards to the A.D. Makepeace Company, Redbrook’s developer, sales firm The Collaborative Companies, and builders The Valle Group of East Falmouth and The Stabile Companies of Nashua, NH included Gold for Best Direct Mail, and Silver awards for Best Website, Community Spirit, and Landscaping.

“We are pleased to be recognized for our work in creating a community at Redbrook,” said Michael P. Hogan, president and CEO of the A.D. Makepeace Company. “Redbrook is very different from other planned communities because it fosters a genuine connection among neighbors, through the natural beauty of its setting and the partners that help make Redbrook a true New England village.”

The Community Spirit nomination narrative credits the Old Colony YMCA, whose full-service fitness and child care facility at Redbrook has exceeded all membership expectations.

“The YMCA is universally known as an inclusive organization whose number one goal is to promote health, however you define that word,” said Mr. Hogan.  “I could think of no better partner to become the heart and soul of Redbrook.”

The Redbrook team has sold out two neighborhoods and completed major infrastructure work.  Four new neighborhoods are under construction, with homes available for sale there. The first neighborhood of spectacular water-view homes is available now, and the Townhomes on the Green, introduced by Whitman Homes of Canton, MA, recently broke ground.

Redbrook has garnered 14 Prism awards to date. Information is available at the two-time award-winning website, redbrookplymouth.com.
