Cranberry Season Continues

Did you end up with some extra fresh or frozen cranberries after the holidays? Why not try Candied Cranberries, the new recipe sweeping the internet?
Our friends at Ocean Spray explain:
Ingredients
✨ 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
✨ 2 cups lemon-lime flavored soda
✨ 1 cup orange juice
✨ 1 cup Powdered sugar
- Thoroughly wash the fresh cranberries with cold water and pat dry.
- Combine the cranberries, soda and orange juice in a bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 200ºF.
- Drain the cranberries in a colander and place in a bag.
- Add the powdered sugar and shake vigorously until the cranberries are fully coated.
- Transfer the cranberries to a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes, checking often to ensure the berries don’t dry out. Allow to cool, and serve.
